- What methods, tactics do you use to stop/minimise unplanned work from coming in and distracting the team?
- “Forming/Storming/Norming/Performing” – something I’ve held as a guiding principle, and always pushed to create stable teams… but recently we discussed on our slack that this is not grounded in real scientific evidence… Let’s discuss!
- Dependencies: efficient tracking. Currently working on big initiative with loads of dependencies between the teams. Anyway to avoid putting them to excel?
